What is included with my membership? +

Each membership includes a monthly treatment credit along with exclusive member pricing, and savings on additional treatments and skincare products.

Do my monthly credits expire? +

Monthly treatment credits roll over while your membership remains active and in good standing. If the membership is canceled, any unused credits are forfeited after a 30 day period.

Can I use my membership toward any service? +

Your monthly credit may be applied toward most aesthetic services offered at Blue Divine. Some specialty treatments or promotional services may be excluded.

Can I share my membership with someone else? +

No. Memberships and member benefits are non-transferable and are intended exclusively for the enrolled member.

Is there a contract? +

Memberships include a 6-month commitment designed to help you achieve and maintain your aesthetic goals while maximizing your savings.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my membership? +

Absolutely! You may upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time after the initial 6 months.

Can I cancel my membership? +

Memberships are designed as a 6-month commitment. After this initial period you may cancel your membership by doing so in writing by email to: clientrelations@bluedivine.com. Your cancellation will be effective 30 days after it is received.

Can I pause my membership? +

Yes. You may pause your membership at any point once you’ve met the 6-month commitment.

Are membership payments refundable? +

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Do memberships automatically renew? +

Yes. Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis and each month thereafter the initial 6-months commitment.

What is your cancellation/no-show policy? +

Members must adhere to Blue Divine’s standard cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed appointments, will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

Membership Terms: Six-month initial commitment required. Memberships automatically continue month-to-month after the initial term unless cancelled with the required written notice. Treatment eligibility is determined by the provider and may vary based on medical history, skin condition, contraindications, season, and treatment availability.
