There are no refunds for products or services. A spa credit will be issued for any services not rendered. There’s a one year expiration date.

24 hour cancellation policy is enforced & there is a $50 cancellation policy for each hour that you reserve.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will have to reschedule you & a $50 charge will be applied.

If you have already pre purchased a series, the fee will be added to the package as a balance owed before the series will be rendered.

If you have been using Tretinoin or medical Retinal or photo sentizing anti-biotics, they must be discontinued one week prior to your appointment.

If you show up for your scheduled appointment and we have to reschedule there will be a $50 charge for any of the reasons listed above.
