For your convenience, Blue Divine Aesthetics has an exclusive online store where you can place orders to be conveniently delivered directly to your door. REGISTRATION & SECURITY

When you make a purchase through a Website, you must register for a electronic account (an “Account”). When you make a purchase with us through a Website, you agree: (i) that you will provide complete and accurate information about yourself; and (ii) if you have registered for an Account, to promptly update such information as it changes to ensure that it is kept accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information that you provide to the Company, regardless of whether you register for an Account or effectuate a purchase. In the event that you do not provide or update such information, or the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have not provided or updated such information, the Company shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to prevent you from using any of its Websites.

If you have registered for an Account, it is your sole and absolute responsibility to keep the password and other information provided to you by the Company confidential and secure. In the event that your password and/or Account are used without your consent or that you discover any other breach of security, you agree to promptly notify the Blue Divine Aesthetics at (404) 467-4232.  We are not responsible for your failure to comply with this clause, or for any delay in shutting down your Account after you have reported a breach of security to us. You are solely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your Account.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs, are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CONSUMER RETURN POLICY

We strive to exceed the expectations of our customers with our products and dedicated service. We stand behind our products and are committed to providing customers with the most effective and highest quality professional skin care products on the market. INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS

•Prior authorization is required on all returns. We are available Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. You can also contact us via email a shop@bluedivine.com or via phone (404) 467-4232.

•We only accept the return of products originally purchased through the bluedivine.com website. If you would like to return a product purchased from our physical store, please contact the Blue Divine Aesthetics directly regarding your return.

•Returned items are subject to inspection. All printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered or damaged.

•We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.

•Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds to an individual who has repeatedly returned products.

•No Returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items except if flaws in workmanship are found (as long as the original packaging has not been removed).  Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.

•We do not accept any product returns, exchanges, or refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.

DELIVERY

The estimated delivery time will be specified in your Order; however, as we use a third party to deliver Orders, it is possible that your Order will arrive before or after the estimated delivery time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your Order as quickly as possible within the time period(s) indicated; however, we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. If you do not receive your Order within 15 days of the estimated delivery time, please let us know by emailing shop@bluedivine.com. Please note that multiple Orders may not always be shipped together. In addition, depending on the size of your Order you may receive several shipments to complete your Order.

We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on a website is erroneous or inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
